All Sales Final / No Retakes Policy All sales are final. Due to the nature of photography services and the time and resources involved, no refunds, exchanges, or reshoots will be provided once the session has taken place. Clients acknowledge that they have reviewed the photographer’s portfolio and understand the artistic style prior to booking. Retakes will only be considered at the photographer’s discretion in the event of equipment failure or other circumstances beyond the photographer’s control. Please note for the clearest water, we recommend booking during high tide, as that’s when the water appears most transparent. If the shoot is scheduled outside of high tide, we will need to adjust the water color afterward. Kindly contact us to confirm the high tide times before making your booking. WE WILL TEXT YOU THREE HOURS BEFORE YOUR PHOTOSHOOT TO CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE. IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE WITHIN TWO HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME, THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELED WITH NO REFUND.
