All Sales Final / No Retakes Policy All sales are final. Due to the nature of photography services and the time and resources involved, no refunds, exchanges, or reshoots will be provided once the session has taken place. Clients acknowledge that they have reviewed the photographer’s portfolio and understand the artistic style prior to booking. Retakes will only be considered at the photographer’s discretion in the event of equipment failure or other circumstances beyond the photographer’s control. WE WILL TEXT YOU THREE HOURS BEFORE YOUR PHOTOSHOOT TO CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE. IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE WITHIN TWO HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT TIME, THE SESSION WILL BE CANCELED WITH NO REFUND.
